HR tools like Lattice and Culture Amp are designed for internal teams — not for the unique consultant-coach-PM dynamic.

PulseCheck automates the entire feedback loop:
- Dynamic rubrics that change based on consultant level (Analyst vs. Senior Manager get different questions)
- Tokenized PM access — project managers don’t need accounts. They click a link, give feedback, done.
- Coach dashboards — coaches see all feedback for their consultants in one place
- Automated reminders — the system chases PMs so coaches don’t have to

Full-stack TypeScript: NestJS API, React frontend, PostgreSQL, Redis for job queues, Bull for background processing. Deployed on self-hosted infrastructure with Auth0 SSO.
